This is for children ages 2-12. For the younger section I like to perform an enchanting yoga story, like The Bear Hunt – where we go through the story adding Yoga poses to specific parts of the story. This is such great fun and a fabulous introduction into Yoga.
I end the classes with some relaxation and mindfulness. My classes are always full of positivity and love.
For the older children we practice sun salutations, warrior sequences and partner work which they absolutely love and often try to invent new ideas!
We also play yoga games which incorporate yoga poses.
