I am so excited to start working with teenagers as I feel Yoga and mindfulness will benefit them greatly. My classes are always full of positivity and self-love but I really feel the breathing exercises we do together may work so well in the classroom, or even at home.
There is so much pressure on children this age and I know the structure of a Yoga class will help ease that. Remember, Yoga is for everyone, and it’s not all about being flexible – it’s about inner strength, understanding, respect, fun, letting go and learning how to love yourself for who you are.
